Initial contact with you revolves around understanding your needs. We'll write a proposal which will clearly state your problem and how we propose to solve it.
On acceptance of our proposal, we'll complete our analysis and specify in detail how the solution will function. A project plan will identify the phases of the project, including milestones and project duration.
The solution will then be designed, built and tested. During development, you'll have opportunities to view and assess work in progress. There is then a distinct 'handover' and sign-off.
In the longer term, the solution may benefit from ongoing improvements and support.
