Spectrum™ Functional Overview

Spectrum™ has two main areas: The 'Item Repository' is a library where types of job item are defined and organised, and 'Detail Sheets' are sheets which job items can be added to, and the various attributes of each item entered, so that totals can be calculated.

Item Repository

Each type of item that can be manufactured will be defined by specifying what it looks like, what attributes define the various specificications of the item, and the formulas which will transform attributes into cost and weight totals.

Detail Sheets

Job items are added to detail sheets with a single click. The various attributes of each item can be easily set by entering values or selecting from drop down lists. Quantities can also be set. The total cost, weight etc. of each item and the totals of all items on each sheet are calculated automatically.
