aPlus+ empowers your teaching staff by giving them the tools and responsibility for managing their own results accurately. Workloads of teaching and administrative staff are reduced and evened out as results are entered once, into one system, and can be entered as assessments rather than all at once at the end of semester.
You choose how much responsibility to delegate. Faculties with strong administrative teams may choose to continue using their administrative resources to manage results entry and may over time shift that responsibility to teaching staff. Some institutes may choose that a central administration team maintain full control of aPlus+ with faculty teaching staff entering results only.
