The aPlus+ Analytics Module enables faculty, college and institution management and administration staff to quickly and easily query and summarise course assessment and results data - providing valuable information that otherwise would be difficult and time consuming to obtain.
The Analytics Module is all about making useful information accessible. Users do not require third party tools to be able to select, filter and summarise data to create useful information including powerful visualisations. Simplicity was a key design aspect. As was the need to ensure users can only query the data they have access to in aPlus+.
In addition to the multitude of predefined analytics reports to choose from, using a simple 'drag and drop' interface, users can choose the information they are interested in, and what kind of summary they want to see. aPlus+ does all the work of querying, summarising and presenting the information. Analytics reports can be saved and shared. Users can use a pre-defined report and use those as starting point for customisation. Users can also integrate with third party reporting tools they may be familiar with such as reporting services or crystal reports.
